For this project my inspiration came from Secret Paths Shawl by Mijo Crochet.
I made some adjustments to the pattern to make is easier on myself. I followed the pattern completely row 1 thru 8 then I keep repeating row 5 thru 8 until I reached the desired size.
The yarn I am using is Seaglass It's a Wrap yarn by Red Heart. I absolutely love it and will soon show you another shawl that I am working on with this yarn in a different color. However for now, here are videos of the Secret Path Part 1 and Part 2.
To get the desired size I used one and a half spools of the Seaglass yarn but if you just want to wear it around your neck, one is completely sufficient.
I wish the pattern had confirmation of the stitch count on either side so that we know we're on the right track. This would be helpful especially for those advancing into intermediate level. Love your videos - so very helpful!
