This is a truly delicious recipe - if you like garlic (and lots of it) and food with some kick to it. I love Emeril's recipes for a simple fact that they actually taste good. He is using Essence in a lot of recipes and the Essence is pretty much essential in his dishes. I usually double the Essence recipe when I make it and keep it in a jar so that I can sprinkle on whatever I wish, whenever I wish. It's a perfect combination of spices amazingly delicious on chicken, seafood or steak. Let me introduce you to one and only Penne Jambalaya.
