Pumpkin bread

It's funny how I remember exactly who gave me this recipe. It was an older lady whose husband was an artist. They would take pictures of his paintings and sell them as postcards to supplement their income. It was probably 15 years ago and I've been using this recipe ever since. It makes two loaves or one loaf and eight mini loaves.
Ingredients:

1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
16 oz. canned pumpkin
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ground cloves
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Bake at 350 degrees in well greased pans for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick stuck inside comes out clean.

Enjoy this finger licking goodness!!
