The Winter Wonderland Designer Vellum Stack is amazing!
You can see the gold pinecones vellum in action here. The smaller banner is also from the stack. Simple and quick, yet festive. I'm really enjoying working with gold this season. It's great how fast a card comes to life when you have coordinating papers. I really love it.
Now, if you are not into cutting your own banner, or using Branner Framelits, Stampin up came up with a Banner Triple Punch.
What it does is, it punches out the banner ends for 1, 1 1/2 and 2 inch banners. Pretty simple way of making a banner if all else fails.
