Just for a little change I used envelope punch board to create this card base with the designer paper. You basically work it the same way that you would while creating an envelope. Choose the desired card size from the convenient guide on top of the envelope punch board and start punching and scoring.
The band to hold the card shut was made with Pool Party and Basic Gray and the flower was created with the Floral Framelits and Calypso Coral.
I used the Big Day stamp set for the inside and popped the cake up just to add a little spark to it. I used blender pens to color it with Pool Party and Calypso Coral inks.
