This recipe will blow you away - if you enjoy Chicken Cordon Blue, that is. The original CCB calls for pounding the breast thin, putting ham, cheese and mustard on it, rolling it up, breading it, frying it and then finishing it in the oven. Very SANDY beach with My Monthly Hero June 2018

Hello there fellow stampers!! We have already established that we all LOVE My Monthly Hero June 2018 stamps! Personally, I just can't stop using them and I'm dreaming about vacation somewhere in Tahiti or exotic place like that! Adding dimension to my cards is huge for me and that is exactly what I'm after in the card. I used real sand for the HELLO and the star fish which is so easy to do and adds so much to card! I added puff paint on the waves. If you have never used puff paint and the heat gun, make sure you watch my video - you will for sure get addicted to it. Of course the popped out clouds add the dimension as well as the card shape itself. I removed portion of the front of the card so the ocean that you see is actually stamped on the inside. The inks I have been using are all Stampin Up: Big Sky, Pool Party, Bermuda Bay, Sahara Sand, Old Olive and Always Artichoke. The only exception is the Blue Sky ink by Hero Arts

Feta Cranberry Rolls

This very simple appetizer, which you can prepare ahead of time, is a definite crowd pleaser. The green tortillas are absolutely beautiful along the red cranberries at the Holiday party or any party for that matter! Green onions are a must in this recipe so don't ditch them and use plenty of them. They transform the filling into something magnificent. I make them the night before, roll them up, wrap them in plastic and throw them into refrigerator. Right before the party I slice them and place them on a platter. Voila, the appetizer is done! Ingredients 8 oz. cream cheese 3/4 cup crumbled feta 3/4 cup dried cranberries green onions to taste Flour tortillas or spinach (green) tortillas Please pay close attention to very complicated directions. Mix the first four ingredients in a large bowl and spread them on the tortilla. Roll it up, cut into slices and enjoy!
