Cornbread like no other


I took me a long time to find a recipe for a good, moist corn bread, so when I tasted this one, I knew that it was a keeper. I'm going to serve it along my delicious chili on Halloween.

Ingredients

2 boxes of Jiffy corn bread mix
1 16 oz can of cream corn
1 small container of sour cream
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Grease 9 by 13 baking dish. Beat eggs and oil. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake it for 40 to 50 minutes in 350 degree oven.
