Tic Tac Toe, three in a row... Apparently I am still stuck on the owls. I thought that the Tic Tac Toe idea would go great with this stamp set. As you can see I'm really enjoying my new embossing template. It's amazing how different a card can look when you add a piece of embossed paper to it. You can't see it well on the picture but all the balloons and hats are popped up.
