Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps


This it probably one of the easiest recipes you will ever make that is very tasty and rather healthy! The lettuce crunch wants you to reach for more! You can create bowls and serve it over rice but lettuce is far, far better in this recipe.




Ingredients

1 1/4 lb ground turkey
1T oil
1 cloves gralic, minced
1/8 tsp ground ginger
4 green onion
3T hoisin sauce
2T soy sauce
1T rice vinegar
2 tsp red chili paste
Salt to taste
Lettuce leaves

Directions

Brown turkey meat in a skillet with the oil. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir and let it cook for 5 minutes to incorporate the flavor.
