I call it a "WOW" dessert!!

Before I  let you know the secret recipe to make this amazing dessert, make sure that you turn off the daily calorie count right now! The diet is starting beginning of the year!

There are three layers to this goodness, actually four if you count the whipping cream as the top layer. The following recipe is exactly the way I made it but the second time around I am going to double the amount of the middle layer - which is the cream cheese layer. That layer is so tasty but it's kind of getting lost underneath the chocolate layer.

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup chopped walnuts
8 oz of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
13.5 oz or more of homemade whipped cream
1 large package of instant vanilla pudding
1 large package of instant chocolate pudding
3 cups of milk

Bottom layer
Mix together flour, softened butter and finely chopped nuts. Press the mixture into a WELL greased 9 by 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool it before you start the assembly.

Middle layer
While the bottom is baking, beat sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in 4.5 oz. of whipped cream. Spread it over the cooled bottom.

Top layer
Beat cold milk into vanilla and chocolate pudding. It should start getting smooth and thick pretty fast. Before it gets too thick, spread it over the middle layer.

Beat 9 oz of whipping cream (or more, bacause who is counting) with a tablespoon of sugar and spread it over the top. Decorate with some shaved chocolate (if you have it, otherwise it's just as good without it).

It's a fingerlicking goodness, I tell you!!
