Pull-Apart Garlic Rolls

This is a very tasty recipe for family gatherings.

Ingredients:

18 frozen dinner roll dough, thawed
1 stick of melted butter
2 cloves of minced garlic (I actually put 3 because I love it super garlicy)
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp of chopped fresh parsley (optional)
2 Tbsp of chopped chives (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bunt pan.

Cut thawed dinner rolls in half and place them in a large bowl.

Combine butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley and chives in a small bowl. Pour over the rolls and toss to coat.

Arrange rolls in greased pan. Cover and let rise in warm place for an hour or until doubled in size.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool for 10 minutes, then invert the pan onto a plate and serve.

You can keep the rolls warm in the bunt pan until the rest of the food is ready to be served and then invert them onto the plate. They will disappear in a blink of en eye. Sometimes before I put them into the oven I sprinkle more parmesan on top. Do you know WHY I do that? Just because I can!

Enjoy this finger licking goodness!!
