Once they have been printed out, digi stamps are used in pretty much the same way as rubber stamps. You can color them, cut them out or embellish them. When coloring, however, you may have issues with running ink since you are dealing with a normal printer ink rather than stamping ink. Also, certain techniques, such as embossing, is hard to achieve, but it's not impossible. The image can still be traced using a versamarker pen and then can have the embossing powder applied to it.
